A handcrafted blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon (Paso Robles), 20% Merlot (Napa Valley), and 15% Syrah (Mendocino). This big, bold, full-bodied masterpiece has berry flavors laced with leather and spices. Aging for 24 months in Hungarian oak barrels has allowed this wine to develop an excellent tannic structure, long finish, and a rare balance between fruit and oak. Pair with meat, lamb, and strong aged cheeses.
