With a stainless steel tank, crusher, press and French oak barrels, our barrel tasting room offers a unique private event experience. This special atmosphere and ambiance provides no other venue like this in Orange County.

Begin your party with a Champagne greeting and wine tasting. Your guests can enjoy cheese pairings and a stand up reception with passed hors d'oeuvres before beginning a buffet or formal winemaker dinner in which the chef will integrate our handcrafted wines into each course. Offer an optional special barrel tasting and winemaker's talk.

Choice of live music will be included with Carneros Buffet II and Winemaker Dinners with a minimum guest count of 25.
