Laguna Canyon Winery presents a truly exceptional setting for your next private event. Nestled within our one-of-a-kind Barrel Tasting Room, featuring actively used wine barrels, wine press, and bottling equipment, this space can be tailored to suit all your event requirements up to 80 guests.

We offer an additional private event room that can accommodate up to 16 guests for smaller groups.

Our accomplished five-star chefs bring years of culinary expertise to the table, curating exquisite pairings of the finest ingredients to create an unparalleled dining experience. Our chefs prepare a direct food-wine paired menu using infusion and emulsion techniques.

All courses are plated and served.

1st course – baby greens, bleu cheese, strawberries, walnuts, Sauvignon Blanc balsamic dressing

 Paired with: 2021 Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc

 

2nd course – butternut squash bisque, crispy prosciutto

Paired with: 2021 Sonoma Due Vit Super Tuscan Blend

 

3rd course – pacific wild caught salmon, yukon gold mashed potatoes, asparagus, shallot pinot noir demi-glace

Paired with: 2018 Russian River Valley Pinot Noir
